IMPHAL, March 31 � The third edition of the 5-day Journalists Sports Meet held under the aegis of All Manipur Working Journalists� Union (AMWJU) concluded today.
ISTV, an cable TV network, took away the champion title in football while People�s Chronicle, bagged the cricket title. The Sangai Express walked away with volleyball champion title.
In individual events, Bikram of Sanaleibak, retained the badminton title and Y Michael of The Sangai Express was the TT champion.
At the same time, Boyai of ISTV and Hemchandra of Paojel become champions in carrom and chess respectively.
