GUWAHATI, Aug 24 - A sports encouragement programme, called �Events2Sportify Day�, was conducted at the Dispur College on Tuesday.
It was the eighth edition of their Olympics and Paralympics Special Programme, which is being conducted at 21 Institutes in Guwahati from August 5 to September 29.
The programme consisted of a seminar on �The Indian Sports Sector � Importance and Opportunities� by Samitabh Datta. The event was also attended by representatives from LICI and SBI, stated a press release.
