GUWAHATI, April 10 - The Assam Kho-Kho Association, Guwahati Cricket Coaching Centre (GCCC) and Explorers have jointly distributed food materials for 7 days to about 150 needy families at Pamohi under Gorchuk PS, Guwahati in active cooperation of Gorchuk PS led by ADCP Suprativ Baruah today.
The materials were distributed by Rajib Prakash Baruah, president of all the organisations, Pranoy Bordoloi, secretary Explorers and senior journalist, Nabab Ali, secretary-cum-coach, GCCC in presence of Lakhya Konwar, general secretary, Assam Olympic Association.
Rajib Prakash Baruah informed in a release that they will continue such service in the coming days during the ongoing lockdown period in Assam and fight unitedly against COVID-19.
Meanwhile, the Assam Body Builders and Fitness Association and Assam Weightlifting Association have donated an amount of Rs 1.6 lakh to the Chief Minister�s Relief Fund today.
