Sonowal visits terror victims at AMCH

DIBRUGARH, July 20 - Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Sarbananda Sonowal today visited the three terror victims at Assam Medical College and Hospital (AMCH) and enquired about their wellbeing.

The three terror victims � Monti Devi Shah, Manoj Shah, and Akshaylal Shah were injured during the indiscriminate firing by suspected ULFA men recently at Bijulibon village under Phillobari Police Station in Tinsukia district while two of their family members died in the incident.

Dr Atindra Kumar Adhikari, principal of Assam Medical College and Hospital (AMCH) while briefing the Union Minister about the treatment of the three injured said that all the three were recuperating. The Union Minister had visited Bijulibon yesterday where he met the local people and enquired about the situation there.
