GUWAHATI, Oct 19 - Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal expressed his condolences following the fire incident in which five persons died in Dibrugarh today.
He announced an ex gratia of Rs 4 lakh to the next of the kin of the deceased.
He also ordering an inquiry into the incident that would be carried out by the Dibrugarh deputy commissioner.
