GUWAHATI, May 31 - The Geetikavi Parvati Prasad Baruva Memorial Trust is holding the annual singing competition on the poet�s songs on June 4 at the Tirthanath Sharma Sabhaghar, Chandmari here as part of celebration of Jonaki Mel.
The competition will be held in two groups. While Group A is for contestants under fourteen years of age, Group B is for contestants aged 14 and above.
Interested persons desirous of participating in the competition can visit the designated venue at 10 am on the appointed day to register their names, said a press release.
