GANGTOK, Sept 3 � Popular Sikkim band �Girish and The Chronicles (GNTC)� has launched their debut album �Back on Earth� in Mumbai after becoming the first band from the State to feature on international music channel VHI.

Released under the record label giant Universal, the album features 14 songs with a very hard rock/classic heavy metal feel for most songs, along with a contrasting ballad and acoustics for the remaining. GNTC�s first official music video for the song �Angel� is regularly being aired on VH1 since July 29 last. � PTI
