The Speaker informed the House that a nationwide campaign had been launched on November 26, which would culminate with the birth anniversary of Dr BR Ambedkar on April 14 next year. The House later paid tribute to former legislators, late Indra Bahadur Rai, who passed away in October, 2019, and late Tara Man Rai, who died in August, 2019.
