Shillong PC to play Chaygaon PC in final

GUWAHATI, March 17 - Shillong Press Club will play against Chaygaon Press Club in the final of the Harendra Nath Baruah Memorial Media Football Tournament of the Topcem ASJA 10th North East Media Sports Festival at Nehru Stadium on Monday.

In the first semifinal, Shillong Press Club thrashed News 18 3-0 while in the second semifinal, Chaygaon Press Club edged past Barak Upatyaka Krira Sangbadik Sangstha (BUKSS) by a solitary goal. The final match will kick-start at 2 pm.

Director of Sports and Youth Welfare Dharma Kanta Mili, Sports Authority of India, NER Director Dr Subhash Basumatary, among others will be present during the prize distribution ceremony.
