HALEM, Dec 26 � Satra-mahasabha and Srimanta Foundation have been jointly organising �Setubandha� among all sections of people, like the Boros, Misings, Rabhas etc., since 2003 in different places of the State. These organisations also arrange training for acting in Bhaonas and singing Borgeet etc., for the different tribal communities so that they can perform in their own languages.
�Setubandha-13� has already performed at Guwahati recently and now will perform at Gopalpur under Gohpur sub-division, from tomorrow with a three-day function.
The committee which is managing the programme comprises with Chandra Chutia as president, Dr Jugal Bora as executive president, P Mahanta and T Boro as vice-presidents, Dipankar Mahanta, secretary, Srimanta Foundation.
