IMPHAL, June 12 � Popular Union Club (PUC), Kairang and Sports Authority of India (SAI-A) become champions in the 16th State level Sub-junior Boys and Girls Sepak Takraw Championship held under the aegis of All Manipur Sepak Takraw Association here.
In their final matches played at Khuman Lampak sports complex, PUC Kairang beat Social Welfare Club, Hiyanglam 15-10,15-12,14-16, 15-6 while SAI (A) beat SAI (C) 15-7, 16-4, 3-15 and 15-13. Earlier, Manipur Police Sports Club (MPSC) beat IMSUC 2-1 in the final match of women�s team event of the ongoing 14th Mini 16th Sub-Junior and Junior Boys & Girls, 29th Men & Women State Sepak Takraw Championship.
