By STAFF CORRESPONDENT

DIBRUGARH, May 1 - Former civil servant and known UPSC mentor Rashi Yasin told students, particularly UPSC aspirants at Dibrugarh University, that the historic tea city Dibrugarh was no less than Delhi and other metros in providing higher quality preparation materials for UPSC exams.

The students from the region need not move to Delhi and other cities anymore to prepare for the UPSC exam.
