GUWAHATI, March 19 - The School of Distance Education under the Assam Down Town University (ADTU) is organising a two-day national seminar on �Technology, youth and career: A paradigm shift� at the university campus here on March 24 and 25.

Dr Bharat Bhushan, former Director of UGC-DEB and Deputy Director of Research Unit of IGNOU, New Delhi, will be the keynote speaker, said a statement.

Four sessions on the themes including �Tools in modern education system,� �Career and academic challenges,� �Recent advancement in technology� and �New trends in education for youth� will be conducted by Prof Anjana Kakoti Mahanta, HoD, Computer Science, Gauhati University, Prof Manohar Lal, former Director of School of Computer and Information Sciences of IGNOU, New Delhi, Dr BG Unni, Director Research of ADTU, and Rajlakshmi Borthakur, CEO of Terra Blue XT of Electronic City, Bangalore, respectively.
