When posed with the question of the secret behind his smooth skin during the public lecture organised at the Gauhati University today, The Dalai Lama�s first reaction was teasingly evasive. �When someone asks me the questions like how I am so fit and agile at this age, I reply that it is my secret, why should I reveal it,� he said.
The spiritual leader, however, was generous enough to reveal the trick for the sake of the women present in the audience at the programme, organised by the Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University and the Lawyers Book Stall. �It is the inner peace, which reflects on the outer body,� the octogenarian replied to a thunderous applause in the auditorium.
