GUWAHATI, March 3 - Senior bureaucrat RC Jain, who is retiring as Commissioner Secondary Education, has been given full-fledged charge of Chairman of the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA).
Jain was holding additional charge of SEBA Chairman since November 10, 2016 along with his other responsibilities.
