GUWAHATI, March 11 - The Munin Barkataki Trust has made a documentary based on the life and works of Munin Barkataki, who had made seminal contributions to Assamese literature, especially as a literary critic.
The documentary will be screened at Gauri Sadan at 5:30 pm on March 12.
The documentary, titled Aprakashar Bedana, throws light on the multi-faceted personality of Barkataki who always kept a low profile. The documentary has been produced by his daughter Dr Meenakshi Barkataki and wife Renuka Devi Barkataki and directed by Prabin Hazarika.
