GUWAHATI, Sept 23 � The Kamrup Metro district administration has declared a holiday for all public and private schools and colleges in the district on September 24 on account of the massive flood across the city.
In an official communiqu� issued today, the district administration said that those schools and colleges which had scheduled exams for tomorrow will now have to prepare a new timetable for holding them.
