GUWAHATI, March 16 - State Bank of India, Guwahati organised town hall meetings at two venues in Guwahati City on March 15 to interact with SBI customers and non-customers regarding various issues and grievances.
The meeting at Sudmersen Hall in the Cotton State University campus was addressed by PVSLN Murty, Chief General Manager, SBI NE Circle along with Jogesh Ch Sahu, Deputy General Manager (B&O), Guwahati Module. Barnali Sharma, ADC Kamrup and Hiren Ch Nath, Commissioner of Police, Guwahati attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Murty laid emphasis on digital banking and requested all customers to embrace the new technology products. He also advised the customers to avoid sharing personal account details with others. He assured that all the issues raised by the customers would be addressed.
The other meeting took place at the Vivekananda Kendra, Uzanbazar and was addressed by Om Prakash Mishra, General Manager (Network-I), SBI NE Circle along with Hari Har Patnaik, Regional Manager, SBI Guwahati Metro.
The interaction was very informative wherein Mishra addressed various issues and assured that SBI would continue to work hard towards customer satisfaction in products and services. Both the meetings concluded with valuable feedback and suggestions shared by the customers.
