GOSSAIGAON, March 10 - Delegates of the Gossaigaon Srimanta Sankardev Sakha Satra met the BTC EM, Mrityunjoy Narzary at the BPF, Saraibil Block Committee office recently. It may be mentioned that the EM had sanctioned five lakh rupees from the BTC�s Social Welfare Department for the construction of a guest house at the Sakha Satra, Gossaigaon under a welfare scheme for the year 2019-20 and promised another five lakh rupees for the same purpose at the foundation laying ceremony held last December. The delegates thanked him for his benevolence and release of the first instalment. The delegation included its advisor Manik Chandra Deka, Padmadhar Das, president, Gossaigaon Sakha Satra, Khanindra Nath Das, Bipin Das, Jayanta Deka, Ajay Das, Shankar Chandra Das, secretary of the satra.
