GUWAHATI, Sept 20 � The Sadou Asam Karmachari Parishad (SAKP) has asked the State government to take measures for providing the salaries of the employees before the coming Durga Puja.
In a statement the SAKP said though a notice had been issued to make payment of the State government employees� salaries on September 25, the government offices are yet to receive the budget communication in this regard. It said no employee should be deprived of his/her salary on the plea of absence of budget communication.
