GUWAHATI, Dec 4 - Director General, Sports Authority of Assam (SAA) along with Liaison Officer and Estate Manager visited Charan Beel, Morigaon to take stock of the training facility for canoeing and kayaking which is currently being imparted at Charan Beel. During the visit the Director General, SAA also interacted with the Deputy Commissioner, Morigaon district and discussed about the further development of the water sports training centre.
President of the Canoeing and Kayaking Association, Bhubaneswar Kalita also visited the venue and had a discussion with the Director General, SAA. The officials revealed that steps for the development of the centre will be taken soon, state a release.
