NAGAON, Nov 11 - An alleged molestation bid by an employee of a private nursing home at Nagaon Haiborgaon Dhing Gate on Tuesday led to a ruckus at the hospital with the family of the patient physically assaulting the accused.
Subsequently, Haiborgaon police rushed to the hospital and brought the situation under control. Two separate FIRs were filed at the Haiborgaon police outpost � one by the concerned family and the other by the nursing home authority.
The incident happened when the patient was taken to the X-Ray room and was about to fall on the floor, apparently prompting the accused to prevent her from falling, although the patient later alleged that the employee allegedly touched her private part while doing so. This greatly infuriated the patient�s husband, who beat up the accused. Police have since picked up the employee.
