GUWAHATI, July 25 - The installation ceremony of the 3rd board of directors of the Rotary Club of Guwahati Luit for Year 2018-19 was held in the city recently.
Rotarian Pawan Golchha took oath as the president and Rotarian Pranjal Mena as secretary along with other members as directors of various service avenues.
The meeting was presided by Anand Prakash Tiwari, Managing Director of ASTC and Chairman of Assam Skill Development Mission.
Tiwari appreciated the Rotary Club of Guwahati Luit for the various projects undertaken by it, including providing free cataract surgery for the needy people.
He called upon the club to undertake more such projects which can bring change and help the vulnerable section of society. On the occasion, Tiwari was inducted as honorary Rotarian of the Rotary Club of Guwahati Luit.
Golchha outlined his plans and projects to be undertaken in the coming months and assured the gathering that Rotary Club of Guwahati Luit will keep on doing meaningful projects and continue with their good works.
