JALUKBARI, March 8 - A major robbery attempt at a petrol depot near Adabari was foiled last night and one person was nabbed in connection with the incident.
According to sources, the arrested man identified as Raj Jadhav (24) from Bihar, came on a bike with his accomplice and tried to snatch away the cash from a fuel filling boy at the petrol depot. The filling boy somehow caught hold of Raj and averted the robbery bid. However, Raj�s accomplice managed to flee from the spot.
The accused was handed over to Jalukbari police. Police have started an investigation and have launched a manhunt to arrest the other culprit.
