SHILLONG, Dec 17 - Nagaland Governor RN Ravi was today sworn in as the Governor of Meghalaya by the Chief Justice of the Meghalaya High Court, Mohammad Rafiq, at the Raj Bhavan here.
Ravi will discharge the dual role as the Governor of Meghalaya and Nagaland as the present Governor of Meghalaya, Tathagata Roy, has gone on leave.
During the swearing-in ceremony, Chief Minister Conrad Sangma, his Cabinet colleagues, other dignitaries and senior officials were present at the Raj Bhavan.
