IMPHAL, Sept 8 � Just Peace Foundation will observe September 11 as �Invisible 9/11� to mark the then President Dr S Radhakrishnan�s consent for the implementation of Armed Forces Special Power Act on September 11, 1958.
Speaking to reporters at a press conference at the office of Human Rights Alert, a human rights group, Trustee Irom Singhajit said on the 11th of September, 1958, the AFSPA was implemented in the country.
