JORABAT, Jan 20 - A one-horn rhino, which came from the Pobitora range, has been creating panic among the residents in Tetelia area under Khetri Police Station.
A resident of the area said that the rhino has been roaming in the area for the last two days. �Today, the rhino tried to attack a group of people, in which a mediaperson sustained minor injury while running away to save himself from the attack,� he added.
According to the locals, despite help from the local people, the forest department officials have failed to send the rhino back to the forest.
According to sources, trained forest officials from Pobitora range would try to send the rhino back into the forest with the help of elephants tonight.
