GUWAHATI, Jan 8 - A meeting to review arrangements for the forthcoming Republic Day celebrations was held at the DC�s office here today. The meeting was chaired by RP Barua, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Kamrup Metro, said an official statement.
It looked into various issues related to preparations for the Republic Day function which will be held at the Veterinary College ground in Khanapara on January 26.
Senior officials from the Kamrup Metro district administration, concerned Line departments, police and paramilitary forces were present in the meeting.
