GUWAHATI, Nov 21 - The results of the bypolls for the Lakhimpur Lok Sabha constituency and the Baithalangso Legislative Assembly Constituency will be declared tomorrow. Elections in the two constituencies were held on Saturday.
The Lakhimpur LS seat had fallen vacant after sitting MP Sarbananda Sonowal was elected Chief Minister earlier this year. The Baithalangso by-poll was necessitated by the quitting of Dr Mansing Rongpi from the Congress after having won from the constituency in the Assembly poll earlier this year.
