Restriction on traffic movement

GUWAHATI, June 21 � In view of the Ambubachi Mela, police has imposed temporarily restriction on the movement of inter-district and long distance buses including the buses operating under ASTC, on DG Road, MG Road and TR Phukan Road in Guwahati city, besides all goods carrying heavy and medium commercial vehicles except the vehicles allowed by the authorities from Maligaon to Bharalumukh on DG Road from June 21 and 27 to ensure safety of the general public and the devotees on the roads, an official statement said.
