GUWAHATI, April 30 � The State Government today effected a reshuffle in the top level of the Police Department.
According to official sources, SN Singh IGP of the Northern Range, has been transferred as the IGP of the Central Western Range. He will be replaced by Pallav Bhattacharyya, the present IGP of the Central Western Range.
Ramanidhar Barua, DIG has also been transferred to the Northern Range.
