JALUKBARI, April 26 - Dr Surendra Madhukar Ghaskadbi, emeritus scientist, Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), and an internationally reputed developmental biologist of MACS-Agharkar Research Institute, Pune, will visit Gauhati University as a visiting professor to teach MSc Zoology students of the varsity as well as students from other affiliated colleges running MSc in Zoology for the last several years.
Dr Ghaskadbi will teach developmental biology at GU from May 2 to 8.
He will also deliver a lecture on his original research work on �biomedical approach of tissue regeneration� using hydra model at JN College, Boko on May 4.
Organisers have welcomed all interested students to join the classes.
