GUWAHATI, Aug 27 - Pratishruti Foundation today distributed essential items to the flood-affected people of Dimoria near Khetri (Chamotapathar) in association with the Income Tax Gazetted Officers� Association (NER), said a press release here.
The items distributed included bleaching powder, phenyl, sanitizer, masks, washing soap and bathing soap, besides sanitary napkins for adolescent girls and women of that area. Pratishruti Foundation is also planning to provide animal fodder and other items to flood victims in coming days.
D Phangcho, headmaster of Baptist English School, local panchayat members and the president of Pratishruti Foundation were present at the distribution ceremony maintaining social distancing norms, the release added.
