GUWAHATI, Sept 24 - An advanced laparoscopic uro- surgery was done recently on a two-month-old baby girl from Arunachal Pradesh at the Wintrobe Hospital � Centre for Advanced Urology & Kidney Disease here, said a press release today.
Advanced laparoscopic uro- surgery is a rare operation normally done on adults. The operation was done by a team of five doctors comprising Dr Arup Kr Nath, Dr Nitin Gupta, Dr Saurabh Das, Dr Pranjal Deka and Dr Bandana Baruah. The baby is now doing well and out of danger.
