GUWAHATI, July 22 � The seventh Madhurjya Gogoi All Assam Major Ranking Table Tennis Championship will be conducted by Golaghat District Sports Association under the guidance of Assam Table Tennis Association (ATTA) at the Golaghat indoor Stadium from July 25 to 28.
Around 300 players from 14 affiliated districts are expected to take part in the meet.
The championship has been organised in memory of Madhurjya Gogoi who was a national level table tennis player.
Rajdeep Bhuyan, assistant secretary of ATTA and executive committee member Dilip Singh, have been appointed as observers of the meet while Biman Bhagawati and Govinda Upadhaya will act as chief referee and deputy chief referee, informed Tridib Duvarah, secretary ATTA in a release.
