RANGIYA, April 6 - In a goodwill gesture to help some of the needy persons, members of Rangiya Press club today distributed sanitizer and food items to nearly 25 different needy families of Rangiya and its nearby locality.
The noble work was carried out by all the members of the press body out of the fund generated from the members. Members of the press club today visited family members at ward no. 4, Udiana, Tarani, Murara, Santipur and other areas and distributed sanitizer as well as some essential food items.
Besides, during the visit, the families were told about maintenance of hygiene at their homes at this challenging hour. It needs to be mentioned here that some of the homeless persons staying under the flyover on the NH-31 were also given the essential items. Similar activities will be taken up for many other persons of the locality by the Rangiya Press club in the coming days.
