GUWAHATI, Nov 19 � The verdict on the bail petition of self styled deputy commander-in-chief of the banned United Liberation Court, Assam. Front of Asom (ULFA) Raju Baruah in connection with three TADA cases will be delivered on November 23 by the designated court.
The State Government in today�s hearing submitted a no objection certificate along with affidavit stating that it has no objection in Baruah being granted bail. Further, it also assured to ensure the rebel leader�s presence on the day of judgment, informed advocate Bijon Mahajan, who represented Baruah in the court along with advocate Arshad Choudhury and advocate Pranab Das.
The ULFA leader had already secured bail in all the other cases in which he was accused.
