ITANAGAR, June 20 � Arunachal Pradesh Governor JP Rajkhowa today called upon the people of the State to be a part of the global yoga movement initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Appealing the people to participate and start healthier lifestyle, the Governor said: �Yoga is truly an invaluable gift of the ancient Indian tradition. It embodies unity of mind and body and promotes harmony amongst the people, and (between) man and nature,� he added.
�Today, when stress and health related problems are increasing, yoga is the only ray of hope for facing the enormous challenges,� added the Governor, who will be participating in a mega yoga event at IG Park, Itanagar tomorrow to mark the International Day of Yoga.
