GANGTOK, June 19 - Incessant rain has damaged power lines in many parts of Sikkim, causing disruption in power supply.
There have been reports of damage caused to power lines along the Namchi-Jorethang Road as well as at Tharpu, which left Singhithang, Boomta, Tharpu, Kazitar and Jorethang Road without electricity.
However, restoration works are going on in full swing despite continuous rainfall.
