SHILLONG, Feb 13 AICC general secretary Rahul Gandhi will spend time with youngsters at Shillong and Aizawl on Valentines Day tomorrow.

Forty students each from 15 colleges in Shillong, besides 70 others from NEHU would attend the interaction, which would last for about 40 minutes.

He would then fly to Aizawl and would interact with students of Mizoram University besides inaugurating a girls' hostel, the sources said.
