Guwahati, April 5: Two days after the release of Pranab Kumar Gogoi, United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA-I) on Monday set free Quippo's second abducted official Ram Kumar somewhere along the Assam-Myanmar border in Mon district of Nagaland.

Ram kumar is currently in the custody of Assam Rifles in Nagaland and would soon be handed over to Assam Police.
