GUWAHATI, March 19 - A general meeting of Producers� Council, today reconstituted the executive committee with Brajen Bora as president, Jayanta Goswami as executive president and Deepak K Dutta as general secretary.
�The new committee pledges to work towards the betterment of art and society and to give more emphasis on the creation of a 24x7 Doordarshan Assamese satellite channel by the Government of India in the line of other language-based Doordarshan channels like DD bangle, DD Bihar, DD Maharashtra, etc.,� a press release said.
