GUWAHATI, Feb 14 � Bibekananda Choudhury, Director of Cultural Affairs has been posted as Secretary to the One-Man Inquiry Commission headed by Justice (Retd) P C Phukan, retired Judge of Gauhati High Court.
The Commission was constituted to inquire into the incidence of violence erupting in various places of Goalpara District on February 12, 2013 leading to death of as many as 21 persons and injury to many people and loss of properties.
