BONGAIGAON, Nov 26 - A judicial fact finding probe into the firing incident which had occurred 7 years ago at Bengtol in Chirang district, would be conducted on December 4 at 3 pm in the precinct of the District Judicial Court, Kajalgaon, informed SP Moitra, District and Sessions Judge of the Court. Police had allegedly opened fire on the local people of Bengtol to disperse them when they protested the closure of the pro-talk NDFB�s office in the locality on March 13 in 2008. Five persons were killed and many others were injured in the incident. The Court has asked the local people, injured victims, family members of the deceased and eye-witnesses to appear before the probe team with relevant evidences and documents, so that justice can be delivered to the victims.
