NEW DELHI, Dec 10 � President Pranab Mukherjee is keen to attend the 72nd session of Asam Sahitya Sabha to be held at Barpeta Road next year.
This was the inkling a Sabha delegation got when they had gone to invite the President to take part in the Barpeta Road Session proposed to be held from February 1.
The delegation led by Minister DoNER, Paban Singh Ghatowar, which included secretary of the Cultural Cell, Kumar Deepak Das, and president of the Reception Committee GL Agarwala, called on the President to invite Mukherjee on Monday.
