HAILAKANDI, July 17 - Pranab Nath, a Yoga expert and a resident of Milan Nagar Dibrugarh won first position in the senior group of National Online Yoga Competition organized by Yoga Sports Federation of Punjab.
A total of 470 participates from all over the country took part in the competition. Nath became winner of special senior group of above 30 years.
Nath said that the yoga is the only way to boost up immunity in human body and remove mental stress and frustration in the present COVID-19 pandemic.
