GUWAHATI, Dec 31 � The Artist Pranab Baruah Award for the year 2013 will be presented to noted mask artist Koshakanta Deva Goswami of Majuli.
The award will be presented to Deva Goswami at a function to be held in Guwahati on February 22 next, which is the birthday of artist Pranab Baruah.
The award committee in a release here said that the award was instituted in 2002 and noted artist Sobha Brahma was the first recipient of the award.
