GUWAHATI, Sept 12 � The Gauhati High Court today granted bail to BPF MLA Pradip Brahma in connection with six cases registered against him in Kokrajhar district during violence in BTAD areas. Brahma was shown arrest in all the cases.
Brahma, who was represented by advocates Arshad Choudhury and Pranab Kumar Das, was allowed to go on bail against two sureties of Rs 30,000 each. The Court also went through the case diaries submitted by the police.
