ITANAGAR, Dec 3 - The People�s Party of Arunachal (PPA) has suspended its lone MLA Kardo Nyigyor, who represents the Likabali Assembly constituency, for alleged anti-party activities.
�Based on authentic proof of anti-party activities by the sitting MLA of the party Kardo Nyigyor representing 28-Likabali (ST) Assembly Constituency, the party is left with no alternative but to place him under suspension with immediate effect,� PPA president Kahfa Bengia stated in a press release here today.
The legislator�s suspension comes amid the ongoing campaign for the Panchayat polls, scheduled to be held on December 22.
