GUWAHATI, Nov 7 � The East Guwahati Students, Union on Friday protested before the office of Chief Engineer, PWD (Roads), Chandmari for the poor condition of roads in the city.
The student body said many busy roads in the city have not been repaired for years and that has caused inconvenience to the citizens.
�We demand that the department immediately repair the roads in dilapidated condition or else we will intensify our agitation,� warned the student body.
